Where Teways processes message content on behalf of a customer, the applicable customer generally determines the purposes and means of that processing and Teways may act as a processor or service provider.

We may retain information contained in communications with our teams, including support requests, enquiries, technical issues, complaints, feedback and other correspondence.

4. How We Collect Personal Data

We may collect personal data:

  • Directly from you;
  • From your employer or organization;
  • From our customers, partners and service providers;
